FastAid's DuroApex™ Backboard is an extremely durable backboard designed to assist with immobilising a person with suspected spinal or limb injuries during transport or movement.
Rated to carry up patients up to 159kg, the FastAid DuroApex™ Backboard is buoyant making it suitable for water rescue. Patient straps with plastic quick-lock buckles assist with immobilising the patient.
21 comfortable hand grip positions including two at the head end and one at the foot end. Tapered foot end design makes this backboard ideal for confined space handling and also includes curved edges for easy logrolling.
Strong, one-piece HDPE construction is 100% X-ray translucent and impervious to body fluids allowing for quick cleaning or decontamination.
Also compatible with the RSB131 FastAid Hawk™ Basket Stretcher.
