Frequently Asked Questions

Are the boxes in the wall mounted kit the same size as the boxes in the soft pack and vehicle kits or are they customized for the different pack sizes?
All boxes are the same size. The workplace kits have exactly the same contents and all the same size and the vehicle kit has the same size contents but obviously doesn’t require so many contents.
Can the kits be designed custom made for a specific workplace or do they just come standard?
There is a national regulation which is across Australia which states what contents must be in the kits to ensure that all your kits are compliant.
If I have need to be food grade compliant, do you have blue plasters?
Yes, blue plasters can easily be swapped out for the regular plasters to ensure that you kit is food grade compliant.
If I have current first aid kits will the contents from Easy-Refill fit into our current first aid kit?
Unfortunately, you can’t just put Easy-Refill boxes into a different first aid kit due to the size of the Easy-Refill boxes being custom made to ensure you can see if contents are missing, opened or out of date to ensure your compliance. So yes, you do need to invest in a new kit up front but long term it is guaranteeing the compliance of your kits, it’s very easy to use and you have huge time savings and cost.
Is the portal an app that I need to download?
No, this portal is online to ensure your not having to download any app.
If I have a list of my first aid kits and know what they need do I need to go to each first aid kit and do the process of refilling?
Yes you do which then updates the compliance of every kit. Due to this process being very simple and only taking between 2-3 minutes its not a huge chunk of your day.
If I do multiple kits on the same day do I have to pay postage for every kit?
No, as long as it is done on the same day our system collates the data that night into one order. So you receive one box and, on the paperwork, and invoice it will show [serial number] for this location needs these items so you can grab these items and pop them back in.
Is there a minimum order amount for both the kit purchase and the consumables purchase?
Certainly not, if you require only one kit or one box of plasters you can absolutely order just that. That’s the point of the whole solution Is that you need to be compliant so we need to ensure it as easy as possible so you are always compliant.
Can you have spare boxes of contents that you use very regularly?
Yes absolutely you can have a store of frequently used contents or there is space on the base of the kit you can store these contents. If you find that consumables are going missing, you have the data to talk to the guys and say there’s no incident reports and consumables are going missing, what is happening?
How do I know the difference between a high risk and a low-risk site?
When you add the M1 (Burns), M2 (Eye) and M3 (Outdoor) modules down the bottom of the kit it makes it high risk. Without these 3 extra modules it is Low Risk.
If I purchase a high-risk kit do the extra 3 modules come standard?
Yes, when you purchase the high-risk kit, it includes these extra modules in the kit.
What are the red, blue and green modules in the high-risk kit?
The red module is a Burns Module; the blue module is an Eye Module and the green module is an Outdoor Module.
When would I use the high-risk modules?
If there was a major injury such as a major burn you would use everything from that burns module to treat the injury but if it is only a minor injury there is the burn gel included standard in every kit and same with the Eye and Outdoor modules.
Can I put anti-tamper tag on my Easy-Refill kit?
Yes, all easy-refill kits can accommodate anti-tamper tags if required but due to regulations you cannot lock any first aid kit.
