FastAid's reusable hot and cold pack is designed with high performance, non-toxic gel and a strong comfortable nylon to provide fast pain relief, anytime, anywhere. The pack is easy to cool down or heat up, and the reasonable size of the pack allows to fit to any area on the body.

Contains a 16 pack of reusable hot/cold packs, measuring 28 x 13cm with a cotton towel. Pack eases headaches, toothaches, general bruising, minor burns, reduces swelling and inflammation, and treats joint and muscular aches and pains.

A disposable device that is intended to be applied with pressure to a body surface to provide cold therapy to that surface and/or underlying tissue.

FOR HEATING:
1. If gel pack is at room temperature, microwave for 30 seconds
2. If gel pack is frozen, microwave for 1 minute
3. Otherwise, bring water to boil
4. Remove from heat and immerse gel pack for approximately 4 minutes
5. Check pack every 1 minute after the 4 minutes has passed.

FOR COOLING:
1. Place pack in freezer
2. Leave for approximately 1 hour
3. If left for over 3 hours, the pack will be too frozen and not pliable
